Also called Font de l'Esparreguera, it is located next to the old monastery of Sant Llorenç de Sous, in the Mont mountain range (Albanyà), which drew its water from it.
According to a legend recorded by Verdaguer, it sprang forth when two thirsty men pursuing Saracens prayed to God for water. Today it is dry.
