The Pedró del Pla de Montosa is a point of memory and homage to the shepherds of Carig, Espinau, Soler and Puigbalí.
An iron cross, raised on the rocks, remembers those men who lived and worked in the mountains, linked to livestock farming and a way of life closely linked to the territory.
The plaque, installed on October 12, 1989 by the Antics Veïns de Sous and the Olot Hiking Center, keeps alive the memory of a generation and a profession that are part of the history of these mountains.
