01About the place
Hidden among the forests of Berguedà, the hermitage of Sant Sadurní de Rotgers is a small jewel of Catalan Romanesque architecture.
Built between the 11th and 12th centuries on the site of an older temple, it stands alone on a hill surrounded by nature, conveying a special tranquility and the feeling of being in a place where time has stood still.
