A solitary holm oak (Quercus ilex) stands next to the Can Pujades farmhouse, in the northwest of the municipality of Vilanant, in the Alt Empordà region.
According to the town council, it has a crown approximately 4 meters in diameter, with forked branches, and is in good condition. The 16th-century farmhouse is listed in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.
