Holm oak next to the fountain of the old Bac inn, in the Gavarra area, in the mountainous sector of Maçanet de Cabrenys.
According to the Salines-Bassegoda Consortium, it has a circumference of 3.30 m, a height of 16 m, and a crown diameter of 15 m. Very close by are the ruins of the Bac inn (17th century), a stop for muleteers on the road from Sant Llorenç de Cerdans to Figueres.
