Also called Castell Desgüell or des Güell, it was located in the Vall neighborhood of Llers, and was one of the twelve castles that depended on and defended the Llers castle.
Today, a large 17th-18th century manor house occupies the site, with a stone dated 1728, but no visible remains of the fortification.
