01About the place
The summit of the Serra de les Salines, on the border between Maçanet de Cabrenys and Ceret (Vallespir), is also known as El Repetidor (The Repeater) due to the antennas on its peak.
At 1,443 m, it is considered the highest point in the Alt Empordà region and is a common stop on routes that follow the ridge alongside Roc de Frausa, Roc del Comptador, and Puig de les Pedrisses.
