The Forat de la Lleixa Closa is a little-known cave located in the Sadernes area, in Alta Garrotxa (municipality of Sales de Llierca).
It is not a tourist cave or very large, it has an adventure point because it is in a fairly wild area.
It is in the area of limestone cliffs that are above the Sant Aniol d’Aguja valley, in very steep terrain typical of Alta Garrotxa.
It is not a cavity that is easily found walking along a clear path.
That is why many people do not even know that it exists.
It is not a deep cave like an abyss, but rather a small tunnel that crosses the wall.
Formed by water.
It has a natural ledge in front that acts as a brutal viewpoint over the valley.
What makes it special is its location hanging on the cliff.
