01About the place
A small reservoir on the upper reaches of the Portbou stream, next to Mas Moliner, surrounded by pine forest in the foothills of the Albera mountain range.
It was built between 1973 and 1975 to supply drinking water to Portbou: a gravity dam 27.5 m high and with a capacity of 1 hm³, one of the smallest reservoirs in Catalonia.
