01About the place
An old fire lookout tower at the top of Montplà (310 m), the highest point of the Montgrí limestone massif, in the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park.
Today it is an old and ruined building next to the GR 92, and from the summit you can see the Medes Islands, the mouth of the Ter River and L'Escala.
