A refuge cave on the southwest slope of Montgrí Castle hill, above Torroella, with a gallery about 20 m long, 7 to 9 m wide and 8 m high; below it lies the Pedrigolet scree slope.
It is a key Paleolithic site, over 300,000 years old, first excavated in 1922 by Lluís Pericot.
