Water point next to the Romanesque church of Sant Miquel de Bassegoda (12th century, 815 m), in the old village of Bassegoda, in Albanyà, in the heart of the Alta Garrotxa region.
According to the Centre Excursionista Empordanès, the only water point in the vicinity of the nearby Bassegoda-Can Galan refuge is the Font de Can Sala, about a five-minute walk away.
